This AddOn allows you to assign a category based on the content of the subject line and optionally require a matching word/phrase in order to post.

A new settings page is added.

“Use string to match category” essentially turns the AddOn on and off.

“Skip emails that do not match these text string” allows you to require one of words/phrases to match otherwise the post won’t be created.

“Override Emails” allows you to specify 1 or more emails that are not required to have a match. (not required if “Skip emails that do not match these text string” is set to “No”)

“Map Subject to Category” allows you to associate a word/phrase with a category. Note you can use the same category more than once. Not also only the first match will be used.

Matching is done simply. There are no wildcards or regular expressions.
